Optionally hides all the useless guff on the twitter website (who to follow, trends, promotions, definitions).PLEASE NOTE: I no longer use Twitter and therefore will no longer be supporting this extension. I will leave it on the Chrome Web Store for now, but don't expect it to be around forever (last update Jan 2018).

Hides all the useless guff Twitter keeps cramming onto their website, namely:

1. The 'Who to follow' suggestions*
2. The 'Promotional' ads
3. The Twitter Promotions
4. The Twitter Trends*
5. NEW: Promoted Tweets

* Can be optionally turned off or on in the options page!
