This extension calculates your BMI and ideal weight to help you track your weight loss targets.Calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index) and your ideal weight with this useful browser extension that shows you a graphical representation that can help you set and achieve your dieting goals.
Your sex, height and current weight are stored locally on your computer and will be used to assist you in further compilations of the form, so that you can track your BMI.

Formulas used are:
BMI = weight_in_kg / (height_in_m)^2
IDEAL_WEIGHT = (height_in_m)^2 * 22.2 (for males)
IDEAL_WEIGHT = (height_in_m)^2 * 20.6 (for females)
and, if using the imperial units, converted to lbs.
