You must own a Identity GateKeeper card to be able to use this plugin.   The card is a credit card size device  used to wirelessly store user and password information from mobile and desktop applications.  The plugin communicates from the Chrome browser to the Identity GateKeeper application over HTTPS.   It detects login and registration fields to allow auto capture and auto replay of user and passwords.  The URL of the page is used to identify the entry stored in the password database.
