Q: Why does my mined amount sometimes go up and down?

A: This has to do with the price of bitcoin compared to the currencies we're mining. Rest assured, as it will stable out in the long run to give you the most profit.


Q: What happens if something happens to my computer and I can't access Easy Miner?

A: We recommend that once you install the plugin, that you click on the "backup" button and write down your password in a safe place. Once you get a new computer, just download EasyMiner again, click "restore", and type your password. Your account will then be reinstated with your original mining progress.
