## How it works

This Chrome extension allows you to store multiple sessions. User can store thousands of account sessions in account manager Chrome extension.

Account sessions that are stored in account manager Chrome extension are identified with account name.

User can easily switch between different sessions by clicking on switch account button provided next to account name. User can switch between thousands of account sessions that are already stored in account manager Chrome extension.

Therefore, by using this Chrome extension you can use multiple accounts on multiple websites.

While adding new accounts, information related to your browsing data such as cookies, local storage etc are copied and saved locally in account manager Chrome extension.

## Preventing sessions expiration

Most websites provide you "Stay Signed In" option while signing in. Enabling "Stay Signed In" while signing in guarantee that sessions are active for more than 30 days. Therefore sessions that are stored in this Chrome extension are active for a very long time.

Almost all websites also provide you a "Log Out" or "Sign Out" buttons for allowing users to invalidate account sessions. It is recommended not use official "Log Out" or "Sign Out" buttons, instead use `Log Out` button provided in account manager Chrome extension for preventing sessions from expiring.

Some websites also provide "Log out from other devices" option , it is not recommended to use this option if you want to prevent account sessions from expiring.
## Privacy

We do not store your private session information on our servers. It is stored locally on your device. Anyone who has access to your device has access to this Chrome extension and session information stored in it.

Also note that this Chrome extension uses Chrome sync storage API for syncing data between multiple devices, therefore anyone who has access to your Google account also has access to your session information.

## Adding new accounts

Following input fields are needed to be filled while adding new account session in account manager :

Account name ( Required ) :
This input field is used for accepting account name, account names are used for identifying accounts stored in account manager.

Clear browsing data ( Enabled by default ) :
If this option is enabled then it will clear browsing data ( Cookies, local storage ) from your web browser, when new account is added. This option allows you to safely delete browsing data without ending account session.

## Individual account options

### Switching account

A switch button is provided right next to account name in account information table.

Clicking on `switch individual account` button will allow you to switch between account sessions that are stored in account manager Chrome extension.

After you click on this button, your current browsing data such as cookies, local storage etc. are deleted and replaced with new data that belongs to the account name that you want to use.

### Editing individual account data

Clicking on `edit individual account` button will open a modal box that will allow you to edit and update account name for individual account sessions.

### Exporting individual account data

This button is provided right next to `edit individual account` button. Exporting individual account data can you help you to create a backup for your individual accounts. Data exported using this option can be imported using `Import --> Import individual account data`.

Please note that exported data contains sensitive information so make sure that you store it in a safe place.

### Deleting individual account

A `delete individual account` button is provided next to `export individual account` button. This button allows you to remove individual account data from Chrome extension.

## What is a hostname

According to Wikipedia `Hostnames` are human-readable nicknames that correspond to the address of a device connected to a network.

mail.google.com

## Exporting data

Export all accounts for current hostname :
This option allows you to export all data for current hostname. After clicking on this option it will open a new modal box with exported data for current hostname. You can copy this data and paste it into a text file and save it locally.

Export all accounts for current hostname :
This option allows you to create a complete backup of all data stored in this chrome extension. After clicking on this option it will open a new modal box with exported data for all hostnames. You can copy this data and paste it into a text file and save it locally.

Please note that exported data contains sensitive information so make sure that you store it in a safe place.

## Importing data

Import individual account data :
This option allows you to import individual accounts that are exported using `Export individual account` button.

Import data for current hostname :
This option allows you to import multiple accounts for current hostname that are exported using `Export --> Export all accounts for current hostname` option.

Import data for all hostnames :
This option allows you to import all data for all hostnames. that are exported using `Export --> Export all accounts for current hostname` option.

Imported data is saved locally on your device.

## Save / Load data from Google account

This Chrome extension uses Google account that is connected to your Chrome browser.

Using following features you can sync your data stored in this Chrome extension across multiple devices running Chrome that are logged in with same Google account.

Save data for current hostname to your Google account :
This option allows you to save data for current hostname to your Google account.

Load data for current hostname from Google account :
This option allows you to load data for current hostname that is saved using previous option.

Save all data for all hostnames to your Google account :
This option allows you to save all data for all hostnames present in this Chrome extension to your Google account.

Load all data for all hostnames from your Google account :
This option allows you to load all data for all hostnames that is saved using previous option.

Please note that, anyone who has access to Google account connected to your Chrome browser has access to all above data.

## Deleting data

Delete all data from this device :
This option allows you to delete all data for all hostnames that is stored locally on your device.

Delete all data from Google account :
This option allows you to delete all data for all hostnames from Google account connected to your Chrome browser.

Delete data for current hostname from this device :
This option allows you to delete data for current hostname that is stored locally on your device.

Delete data for current hostname from Google account :
This option allows you to delete for current hostname from your Google account.

Please note that deleted data can not be recovered.

## Other

### Enter License

Clicking on `Other --> Enter License` will open a modal box. This modal box can be used for performing following actions :

Checking license status :
`Enter License` modal box displays an alert message for informing user about license status. License status is changed after checking license information.

Entering new license details :
`Enter License` modal box can be used for entering new license details after purchasing new license key. For this user have to fill `Username` and `License Key` input fields. After filling these input fields user have to click on `Save / Update` button to verify and save license information.

Updating old license details :
`Enter License` modal box can be used for updating license details if they are changed.

### Contact us

Clicking on `Other --> Contact Us` will open our contact email in a new tab page. This contact email can be used for contacting our support team for resolving issues that you might face while using our product and services related to it.

### Privacy policy

Clicking on `Other --> Privacy Policy` will open privacy policy page and services related to it.

### Terms and conditions

Clicking `Other --> Terms And Conditions` will open terms and conditions page for using this Chrome extension and services related to it.

Clicking on `Other --> License Agreement` will open end-user license agreement for this Chrome extension.
