This plugin adds a toggle to each Azure DevOps board column to allow for independent column scrolling.In the Azure Dev Ops Board interface, columns that exceed screen height are difficult to use.  Dragging an item from one column to another is very difficult, as scrolling a window with an item held is very slow.

This plugin allows you to independently scroll any single column, so when you go to drag a card on the board, you can just place it where you need it.

This is a quick alpha build as I just made it for my personal use.
