Add the USD value to the output of the BTC Value column on BittrexWhile viewing the Bittrex Dashboard, this component will convert the "Est. BTC Value" to an estimated USD value.  The conversion is displayed under the estimated BTC value.

The BTC -> USD conversion value is obtained from blockchain.info

Jan 2018: update - added individual token value to rightmost column
Apr 2018: update - support path "/balance" and also "/Balance"
Jan 2019: update - added international.bittrex.com

NOTE: The conversion is only a rough calculation of value.
