This will trigger a chrome notification when they switch game leaving you to view someone else or maybe do something more constructive in the mean time.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need the twitch stream open in a tab (doesn't need focus) but you do not need the stream playing if you don't want, you can pause the video as the extension just watches for the game title text on this page to change.
You can also turn the extension on and off with the toolbar button.

CRX扩展文件安装方法
第1步: 打开Chrome浏览器的扩展程序

第3步: 开启右上角的【开发者模式】
第4步: 重启Chrome浏览器 (重要操作)
第5步: 重新打开扩展程序管理界面
