- The BrowserBodyguard enables you to block or disrupt the distracting behavior of "mindlessly surfing" by out right blocking (or exclusively allowing) the Web-sites of your choice, or disrupting the Web-sites of your choice using a simple notification to remind you to stay on track.  With plenty of flexibility and the ability to create an infinite number of "Bodyguard Profiles", the BrowserBodyguard will help you control the distracting behavior of "mindlessly surfing" ... your own way.
