Simply install the extension, then on your OKC match pages you'll see a new button next to "Search" and "Clear" saying "Get faves". Once you've setup match filters you can click that button and after a few seconds (or minutes depending on how many profiles you want indexed) it'll give you some lists of books/movies/music/shows/food.
