This email can receive emails etc. After 10 Minute the email will expire, you can reset the timer to ten minutes by clicking on the icon that looks like a 


Next time that you are on a site that needs your email address. Click on the extension and copy and paste that email in. Most sites will send a verification  email within the first few minutes. You can then open up that email and "verify" your acount.
