This extension hides certain information from these social media sites that provides no real value to the user and only serves to keep you addicted to the site. This extension also has some features that are intended to improve the efficiency at which you use these sites. This extension may help you reduce your dependence on external validation (likes on your posts) and it may help you use these social media sites with moderation.

Reddit:
- Hides scores on your own posts, comments
- Hides your total karma

This extension is an important tool for ensuring that your social media usage is healthy. However, it can't do everything for you. I'd recommend doing further research and thinking into what to do about your social media use in conjunction to using this extension.
