This extension helps you control your internet habitsSpace by DopamineLabs helps you manage your internet browsing habit by prompting you to take a few deep breathes every now and then. This will create Space between you and the site, promoting awareness of your physical surroundings when you've lost your mind in the internet.

Steps to create Space in your life:

1) Click the Space extension icon next to the address box
     - Here you can see how long you've been on a site. You may notice you spend more time browsing than you think!

2) Click the '+' button to save that site as a Launch Site. This is where you're marked ready to launch into Space!

3) Now, when you're browsing around on a Launch Site for too long, you will be sent to Space to take a few deep breaths. . . After which you'll return to your beloved internets.
