Displays the current percentile for the team and users rankings.This plugin displays a team's current percentile ranking relative to all other teams.  On the team's stats page, it also displays what percentage of the teams total score and work units each user contributed.  On the individual user's page, the user's percentile ranking is displayed relative to all other users.

Resized some of the columns to better accomodate wider scores/WU counts.
Added a new column "Points/WU" this column displays the average points per work unit rounded down to the nearest whole number.
