Adds advanced labels management and other functionality to GitHub.Augments functionality of GitHub with:

1) Adds "@special" labels to issues to be used as work-flow tags
(See "?" icon above the new label input for more info)

2) Adds "#type" labels to issues to be used as quick grouping tags
(See "?" icon above the new label input for more info)

3) Adds personal notes to issues
(Personal notes are saved to LocalStorage and are visible only to the user who created them)

4) Adds a "New issue" button to the projects page
