Eye Care Notification Chrome 插件, crx 扩展下载
Reminds you to look away from your screen every 20min (customizable).
Eye health is important, but most of us neglect it during work or generally when sitting on a PC.
This extension aims to help you through:
- reminding you to take a break
- providing a green screen to relax
The notification interval is configurable. I would advice to let it stay at 20 minutes, as per 20/20/20 rule (Google it).

CRX扩展文件安装方法
