Mutes spotify ads.
This is a simple extension with no required permissions that mutes advertisements on the Spotify web app.

It's important to note that this extension will only work on the Spotify web app. It will not work on the mobile or desktop apps.

One benefit to this extension is that there is no chance that the extension will be detected, since it is simply muting the page, instead of trying to skip the ads. This does mean that you will have some intermediate silence while the ads are playing, but this is not a large problem, at least for me personally.
