Create a link to switch en-us in Microsoft URL to another language and vice versa.
https://*.microsoft.com/en-us/... <-> https://*.microsoft.com/**-**/...
On the Microsoft site, create a link at the bottom right of the page.
Click on the link to switch the language of the page.
Change the language to switch to on the options page.
